A Place to Belong
At Beulah Baptist Church, we believe every person has God-given worth and purpose. Our Special Needs Ministry exists to help individuals with physical, developmental, or intellectual disabilities feel welcomed, included, and valued in the life of the church.
Our goal is to create an environment where each person can experience the love of Christ, grow in faith, form meaningful relationships, and participate in church life in ways that fit their individual needs.
More Than Inclusion
We want people with special needs to do more than simply attend. We want them to belong, participate, worship, learn, serve, and know that their presence matters to the body of Christ.
Support With Care
Each person is different, so support should never feel one-size-fits-all. Our ministry is built around patience, compassion, flexibility, and respect.
We work to understand each person’s needs and offer support that helps them feel comfortable, confident, and included.
When needed, quieter spaces and thoughtful accommodations can help make the church environment easier to navigate.
Teaching is approached with patience and care so each person has the opportunity to learn, understand, and respond to God’s Word.
Our desire is for individuals with special needs to take part in worship, Bible study, fellowship, and service as fully as possible.
Supporting the Whole Family
Families and caregivers should feel supported too. We want Beulah to be a place where questions are welcomed, needs are heard, encouragement is offered, and families know they do not have to navigate the journey alone.
God’s Word Is for Everyone
We want every person to know that God loves them, His Word speaks to them, and they have a meaningful place in His Church. Ability does not determine value, and no one should feel overlooked or forgotten.
